Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Event planning and user growth: Based on platform operation nodes and user behavior data, plan user growth activities with dissemination power to enhance overall user volume and activity.
• Market trends: Keep up with market trends and user interests, quickly planning and implementing related themed activities to enhance platform popularity and user stickiness.
• Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to design a viral growth strategy, combined with live streaming resources, to enhance content exposure and social communication efficiency.
• User conversion: Develop cold start content packages, task systems, and incentive mechanisms for new users to improve user conversion rates.
• User engagement: Activate potential users through platform-level activities to enhance user engagement and retention.
• Content system: Build a platform content system for content ecology and anchor management, formulate live streaming category planning (such as dog fighting, project analysis, hair raising teaching, etc.), and attract vertical user groups.
• Anchor management: Establish a full lifecycle management system for anchor recruitment, training, rating, and incentives, and plan activities such as the "Newcomer Support Plan" and the "Annual Gold Award Anchor Selection".
• Partnerships: Collaborate with MCN institutions and guilds to introduce high-quality anchors in bulk, negotiate a sharing mechanism, and ensure resource exclusivity.
• Data optimization: Combine data monitoring and strategy optimization with data performance and market dynamics, optimizing event planning, pace, and promotion strategies to enhance user growth and retention.
• Performance analysis: Analyze activity data, review results, iterate and optimize subsequent activity strategies, collaborate with BD/marketing teams to promote popularity and user conversion in the live broadcast room.
• Team management: Possess the ability to collaborate and manage effectively, utilizing cross-departmental resources such as anchors, operations, and design to drive the execution and implementation of activities efficiently.
• Project management: Capable of goal decomposition and project management, able to develop clear work plans for the team and ensure efficient progress of all tasks.
• Talent development: Focus on talent development to help team members grow and enhance overall execution and professionalism.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in user growth strategies, platform operations, or related fields.
• Familiarity with Web3 and the encryption industry is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize strategies.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
• Experience in live streaming platforms or content ecosystems is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.
