Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Product Manager to take charge of our platform wallet, user modules, and other core components. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conception to deployment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement platform wallet, user modules, and other platform components.
- Manage the full product lifecycle, including planning, architecture design, RoadMap creation, and cross-team coordination.
- Collaborate with business and finance teams to gather requirements, provide product recommendations, and develop solutions.
- Handle product requirement discussions, PRD documentation, requirement reviews, resource scheduling, and validation.
- Collect daily optimization requests, track progress, follow up on bugs, and drive product improvements based on feedback.
- Ensure project goals and timelines are met by working closely with multiple teams to drive successful product delivery.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.
- 3+ years of product management experience in payment settlement, ERP, finance, or related domains; blockchain industry experience is a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze business needs, identify core requirements, and translate them into effective product solutions.
- Deep understanding of platform-based products with the ability to independently design product architecture and planning.
- Basic financial knowledge is required; blockchain experience is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
- Proficiency in English for professional communication.
