Key Responsibilities

• Drive product-centric collaboration among departments to ensure timely and high-quality product launches.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on product operation data to inform iterative updates.
• Collect user feedback and modify product business logic to enhance user experience.
• Optimize operational processes and develop product iteration plans.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, preferably in blockchain or related fields.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct market and user research.
• Excellent documentation skills for creating requirement documents and process guides.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project timelines.
• Experience in data analysis and using insights to drive product improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying optimization opportunities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of blockchain technology and its applications is a plus.
