Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving user growth and optimizing platform operational tools through strategic planning and execution.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of user growth modules and platform operation tools, and develop comprehensive product plans.
- Deeply understand business requirements to design user growth paths, lifecycle management, and interaction mechanisms to enhance user retention and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement strategies, including platform operation tool configurations, automated operations, and data analysis functionalities.
- Establish a robust user behavior data analysis system to support data-driven decision-making, continuously improving user experience and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure efficient implementation of product requirements and achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the product development lifecycle for user growth and platform operation tools.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product features on time.

Job Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, with a focus on user growth and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, with at least 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in internet or platform-based products.
- Proven experience in user growth strategies, data analysis, and operational tool design, with a deep understanding of user lifecycle management.
- Strong logical thinking and data-driven decision-making skills, capable of independently developing and implementing product solutions.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in To C business or marketing automation products.
- Fluent in Chinese.
