Job Description
Participate in the user and product operations of digital currency trading products (spot, futures, etc.), focusing on key aspects such as user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion. Enhance user engagement and trading participation through coordinated user operations and product collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct basic data analysis and user research based on user behavior and trading data, assisting in establishing and maintaining core operational metrics.
- Understand the trading needs of different user types, identify issues in trading processes and product usage, and propose actionable optimization suggestions.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize and iterate trading-related features, translating user feedback and operational needs into clear requirement specifications.
- Design and execute user growth systems, trading incentives, task-based gameplay, and operational campaigns, supporting the implementation of trading activities and reviewing their effectiveness.
- Monitor market and competitor trends, focusing on product formats and operational strategies of leading exchanges to inform product and operational decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, management, marketing, computer science, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital currency-related operations, with preference given to candidates with product operations, user operations, or campaign operations experience.
- Basic understanding of digital currency trading (spot, futures, etc.), familiarity with trading rules and common product formats, and willingness to continuously learn industry knowledge.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to use Excel, SQL, or dashboard tools for basic data analysis to support operational decision-making.
- Strong communication and execution skills, capable of coordinating cross-team tasks under guidance and completing operational projects as planned.
