We are seeking a dedicated TA HR (Recruitment) professional to oversee and manage the company's recruitment processes. This role involves a comprehensive approach to talent acquisition, from initial job postings to final onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's recruitment activities, including job posting, talent sourcing, interview coordination, and new employee onboarding.
- Collaborate with superiors to define recruitment objectives, analyze job and personnel requirements, and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Assist in crafting compelling recruitment advertisements, maintaining and updating recruitment platforms, and ensuring timely communication of recruitment-related information.
- Identify and document challenges encountered during the recruitment process, providing constructive feedback and recommendations to enhance recruitment procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage multiple recruitment tasks.
- Ability to analyze job requirements and match them with suitable candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and tools to streamline the hiring process.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
