Job Description
This role is responsible for managing and analyzing business data to support decision-making and operational efficiency. The candidate will ensure data accuracy by following standardized procedures and identifying discrepancies to maintain reliable insights. Key responsibilities include organizing and calculating data according to established protocols, conducting thorough data validation to detect anomalies, and preparing timely reports for stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and calculate business data in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring consistency and accuracy across all reports and analyses. This includes data categorization, trend identification, and generating actionable metrics for business performance evaluation.
  • Identify anomalies or inconsistencies within datasets through thorough data validation processes, and conduct root cause analysis to determine underlying issues affecting data integrity. This requires cross-referencing multiple data sources and implementing corrective measures to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare and deliver data reports to stakeholders in a timely manner, adhering to predefined deadlines and maintaining transparency in data presentation. This involves creating visualizations, summarizing findings, and communicating results through written and verbal formats.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data insights and provide recommendations for process improvements. This includes participating in meetings to discuss data trends and aligning reporting standards with organizational goals.
  • Monitor data quality metrics regularly and document findings to ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements. This involves maintaining audit trails and implementing data governance practices to safeguard information accuracy.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field with a focus on data analysis and quantitative methods.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in data management, business intelligence, or financial analysis roles, with proven track record of delivering accurate reports under time constraints.
  • Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, SQL databases, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to manipulate and present data effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and troubleshoot data inconsistencies through systematic problem-solving approaches.
  • Excellent communication abilities to translate technical data findings into clear, concise reports for non-technical stakeholders and present recommendations in meetings.
  • Attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, maintain consistent formatting across reports, and adhere to quality control standards in all deliverables.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and business operations to contextualize data analysis within organizational objectives and strategic planning.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining collaboration with team members to achieve data-related goals.
  • Proficiency in English for written and verbal communication, with additional language skills preferred for international data coordination tasks.
  • Knowledge of data security protocols and compliance regulations to protect sensitive information and maintain data integrity in all operations.
