Job Description
This role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure transaction order accuracy, analyzing risk factors, and providing actionable insights to mitigate potential issues. The position requires a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills to monitor and report on various aspects of platform operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customer service, business, operations, audit, and other departments to verify and explain objections to user-provided transaction orders.
- Integrate monitoring data to analyze risk users and risk orders, and provide disposal suggestions.
- Review warehouse receipts, proactively assess platform warehouse positions, analyze their composition, and generate daily analysis reports.
- Summarize historical transactions, focusing on user transaction methods, processes, profits/losses, and potential risk points, and produce analysis reports with recommendations.
- Maintain a list of interested users, track their transactions and behaviors, and generate daily tracking reports.
- Monitor risks associated with trading product parameters and varieties, and provide reasonable suggestions for improvement.
