Job Description
1. Real-time Monitoring & Alerts: Responsible for monitoring all business lines (spot, futures, margin trading, etc.) of the exchange in real-time to promptly detect and address high-risk activities such as price manipulation, wash trading, and abnormal transfers.
2. Strategy Development & Optimization: Utilize data analysis tools to design, test, and implement risk control strategy models targeting violations like scalping, multi-account correlation, and arbitrage attacks.
3. Asset Security Defense: Monitor withdrawal risks, review large/suspicious withdrawal requests, and coordinate with technical and compliance teams to prevent hacker attacks and illicit fund flows.
4. Market Risk Assessment: Track market depth and liquidity changes, evaluate system liquidation risks during extreme market conditions, and dynamically adjust margin rates and risk limits.
5. Incident Investigation: Conduct post-mortem analyses of risk events, identify malicious tactics, and draft reports to drive iterative improvements in risk control systems.
6. Compliance Training: Participate in compliance education programs to enhance organization-wide risk awareness.

Job Requirements
- Thorough understanding of exchange mechanics including candlestick patterns, order book depth, and order types
- Strong data analysis capabilities with quantitative skills
- 2-3 years of risk control experience in financial/blockchain industry preferred
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- High risk sensitivity and ability to perform under pressure
- Familiarity with blockchain transaction patterns and security threats
