Job Description
This role focuses on content creation and community engagement to drive brand awareness and user growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing and publishing creative soft articles tailored to English-speaking audiences across multiple platforms, including but not limited to community forums, blogs, and social media channels such as Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, and WeChat official accounts. The primary objective is to enhance brand exposure through strategic content distribution, foster meaningful user interactions, and leverage trending topics for speculation and engagement. Additionally, the position requires the ability to identify target audience pain points and product differentiators, aligning content creation with UI design, product features, and delivery requirements to maximize content value and user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and publish high-quality, engaging soft articles for English-speaking communities on platforms like blogs, forums, and social media channels (Discord, Twitter, Telegram, Medium, WeChat official account, etc.).
- Implement word-of-mouth promotion strategies through targeted content creation, community interaction, and topic-based speculation to amplify brand visibility and user engagement.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior, feedback, and content performance to refine strategies and improve community activity outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with product development, UI/UX design, and delivery goals, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Design and execute community operation plans for platforms such as Discord and Telegram, focusing on user growth, brand exposure, and community engagement metrics.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content reach, user interaction rates, and community activity participation to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and user preferences to maintain a competitive edge in content strategy and community management.
Job Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with a strong ability to craft compelling narratives and persuasive content.
- Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or community operations, preferably with a focus on digital marketing and audience engagement.
- Deep understanding of content marketing principles, including SEO optimization, audience segmentation, and content lifecycle management.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.) to measure content performance and community engagement metrics.
- Ability to develop and execute community strategies that align with brand goals, including user acquisition, retention, and activity promotion.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple content projects and community initiatives simultaneously.
