Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Test Engineer to join our financial platform team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive testing strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our financial systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end test solutions covering functional, API, performance, and security testing dimensions
- Utilize AI-powered testing tools to enhance testing efficiency through intelligent test case generation, defect prediction, and automated script creation
- Conduct thorough testing of core financial workflows including payment processing, deposit/withdrawal operations, and investment product transactions
- Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks integrated with CI/CD pipelines
- Execute performance testing for high-concurrency scenarios and produce detailed reports with bottleneck analysis
- Participate in requirement and test case reviews to drive product quality improvements
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of professional testing experience with full project lifecycle management
- Proficiency in AI testing tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) for test case generation and script development
- Strong expertise in API automation testing using tools like Postman, JMeter, or RestAssured
- Practical experience in performance testing with JMeter, Gatling, or Locust
- Advanced SQL skills for complex data validation and reconciliation
- Knowledge of testing methodologies for middleware components (Redis, message queues)
- Experience in financial/payment system testing including transaction verification and idempotency testing
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing AI-assisted testing solutions
- Programming skills in Python or Java for test automation
- Security testing knowledge (SQL injection, XSS, privilege escalation)
- Experience with Kubernetes-based testing environments
- Mobile app testing experience (iOS/Android compatibility)
