Job Description
Responsible for the overall operation and management of the company's Web3 community, accountable for community growth, engagement, and conversion results. Build a highly engaged and high-quality user community while leading the community team to execute efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall planning, setup, and daily management of Web3 communities on platforms like Telegram and Discord.
- Develop community operation strategies, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion mechanisms.
- Manage community operation staff, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Design and execute community activities (e.g., AMAs, airdrops, task-based campaigns, and referral programs).
- Collaborate with project teams, marketing, and business departments to support project promotion and user growth.
- Monitor community metrics (new users, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize operation plans.
- Establish community SOPs, including scripts, workflows, risk control, and emergency response mechanisms.
- Maintain relationships with core users and identify/cultivate KOLs and key community members.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Web3/blockchain community operations or management.
- Familiar with Telegram and Discord community dynamics and Web3 user behavior.
- Hands-on experience in community growth, capable of building from scratch (0 to 1) or scaling (1 to N).
- Strong team management skills; prior leadership experience is a plus.
- Results-driven with strong execution ability and resilience under pressure.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with project teams and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in managing communities for projects, exchanges, or airdrop campaigns.
- Track record in community monetization or conversion strategies.
- Experience in overseas community operations is preferred.
