Job Description
We are seeking multiple Community Operations Specialists (Korean, English, and Vietnamese language communities) to manage and grow our exchange's official communities across various social platforms. You will play a key role in maintaining community engagement, executing growth strategies, and enhancing our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Management: Oversee daily operations of official communities on Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Reddit and other platforms using automation tools. Maintain community activity through regular announcements, news updates, and event information.
- User Engagement: Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly. Design and execute interactive activities like airdrops, Q&A sessions, voting, and trading competitions to boost participation.
- Business Expansion: Drive community initiatives by collaborating with KOLs/KOCs to expand user groups and participation in community events.
- Content Creation: Work with marketing teams to produce brand-related content (articles, posts, videos) and plan engaging community activities with supporting documentation.
- Community Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand community size through data analysis and user behavior insights.
- Brand Promotion: Enhance brand reputation via social media campaigns while building relationships with industry KOLs for joint promotions.
- Crisis Management: Monitor community sentiment to identify potential issues early while maintaining platform stability and positive brand image.
Job Requirements
- Native or fluent proficiency in Korean/English/Vietnamese (depending on role)
- 1+ years experience managing large online communities (crypto/blockchain preferred)
- Familiarity with social platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter) and community management tools/bots
- Strong communication skills with ability to create engaging multilingual content
- Experience organizing online events and collaborating with influencers/KOLs
- Analytical mindset for tracking community metrics and optimizing strategies
- Ability to work flexible hours to cover global time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in cryptocurrency exchanges or blockchain projects
- Existing network of crypto KOLs/KOCs in target language markets
- Graphic design/video editing skills for content creation
