We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to our VIP users and manage various communication channels. This role involves handling customer inquiries, maintaining relationships, and ensuring smooth operations across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide VIP channel assistance for Telegram Group/DingTalk and other group users
- Handle customer inquiries through Zendesk online customer service system and email processing
- Maintain customer relationships and regularly update company website content
- Notify users about upcoming activities and promotions
- Accurately record customer and agent needs using tools like Jira/Wiki
- Provide feedback and report any system errors or issues
- Support special situations or temporary tasks assigned by superiors
- Monitor and verify wallet deposits and withdrawals on the blockchain
- Observe and report on cryptocurrency market trends
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or related field
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer service platforms
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Jira and Wiki
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
