Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Korean Online Customer Service Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer support through online platforms, addressing user inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Korean and English, with additional Chinese language skills being a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve user concerns through online customer service tools
- Identify and report issues promptly while collecting and organizing problem data
- Analyze user experience obstacles to uncover customer needs and drive process improvements
- Collaborate with team members to optimize service procedures and problem-solving approaches
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
Job Requirements
- Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken), Chinese language skills preferred
- Strong business acumen with ability to grasp basic business concepts after training
- Prior experience in financial services or knowledge of financial products is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work in rotating shifts, including willingness to work night shifts when required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure
- Detail-oriented with good organizational capabilities
