Job Description
Position: English Community Customer Support (Telegram & Discord)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: Shift-based (24/7 coverage, three shifts)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations and maintenance of English communities (Telegram/Discord)
- Provide timely and professional responses to user inquiries (including trading, account, deposit/withdrawal issues)
- Guide users through basic operations such as registration, KYC, deposits, withdrawals, and trading processes
- Monitor community sentiment and identify potential risks or negative feedback
- Coordinate with internal teams to handle exceptions, complaints, and emergencies
- Maintain community order by managing violations, advertisements, and malicious behavior
- Collect user feedback and compile common issues for internal reporting
- Assist in executing community activities (e.g., campaigns, AMAs, operational tasks) to boost engagement
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (full-time) required
- Proficiency in Chinese and excellent English skills
- Minimum 1 year of customer support or community management experience in cryptocurrency exchanges
- Familiarity with basic Web3 concepts (wallets, transfers, Gas Fees, networks, etc.)
- Proficient in community tools like Telegram and Discord
- Strong communication skills, patience, and customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick response times
- Willingness to work shifts (including nights and weekends)
- Basic Excel skills for data recording
- Responsible, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
