Job Description
This role focuses on specialized tasks such as user outreach and segmentation. The candidate will assist in optimizing user conversion, engagement, and evaluating channel user quality.
Key Responsibilities
- User Profiling & Tag Management: Design and maintain a dynamic user tagging system, covering aspects such as asset tiers (Whale/Retail), trading preferences (Spot/Futures/Copy Trading), activity frequency, and risk appetite.
- Automated Tagging: Develop automated tags based on user behaviors (e.g., deposits without trading, 7-day inactivity) to support precision marketing decisions.
- Multi-Channel Outreach (Push & Email): Manage global Push, Email, and in-app messaging, including copywriting, configuration, and deployment.
- Lifecycle Flows: Establish routine outreach streams such as Onboarding, Deposit-to-Trade, Churn Prevention, and Win-Back campaigns.
- Strategy & A/B Testing: Conduct A/B tests on copy, timing, and incentives across regions to optimize CTR and CVR. Collaborate with campaign teams for targeted promotions.
- User Analytics: Generate CRM reports to track funnel conversions (e.g., Push-to-FTT path) and diagnose churn causes, proposing product or operational fixes.
- Tool Optimization: Leverage CRM automation tools (e.g., Sensors Analytics or proprietary systems) to enhance operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- CRM/User Operations Experience: Proven track record in CRM, retention, or lifecycle management for trading/internet products.
- Segmentation Expertise: Ability to build dynamic tagging systems (e.g., asset tiers, trading patterns, churn signals).
- Multi-Channel Execution: Hands-on experience with Push/Email/in-app messaging, including copywriting and performance analysis.
- Lifecycle Flow Design: Skilled in creating flows like Onboarding, Activation, and Win-Back with segmented approaches.
- A/B Testing Proficiency: Experience optimizing CTR/CVR through localized tests on copy, timing, and incentives.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to produce CRM reports, analyze funnel metrics (e.g., deposit-to-trade), and derive actionable insights.
- Tool Familiarity: Preference for candidates experienced with Braze, Iterable, or custom CRM systems.
- Industry Knowledge: Background in crypto exchanges, fintech, or Web3 with understanding of core user journeys (KYC, funding, first trade).
- Soft Skills: Data-driven, collaborative, and adept at cross-functional execution in fast-paced environments.
