Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire process of platform operations including product launches, daily monitoring, and maintenance
• Handle announcement releases, parameter organization, system configuration, and function management
• Serve as primary contact for the business configuration center to resolve operational issues
• Ensure timely and accurate handling of all product-related matters according to established procedures
• Coordinate with outsourcing services for market research, competitive analysis, and account management
• Maintain compliance with data management and documentation requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, finance, legal, compliance and trading teams
• Respond to urgent operational needs and develop effective solutions
• Streamline and improve business processes through continuous optimization
• Create, organize and archive product documentation and contract files
• Support mid-office operations throughout the product lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in platform operations or similar role
• Familiarity with financial systems and trading platforms
• Experience in process improvement and optimization
