Job Description
This position is responsible for the end-to-end operation and management of the company's platform, ensuring smooth product launches and ongoing system maintenance. The role requires close collaboration with multiple departments to optimize business processes and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire process of platform operations including product launches, daily monitoring, and maintenance
- Handle announcement releases, parameter organization, system configuration, and function management
- Serve as primary contact for the business configuration center to resolve operational issues
- Ensure timely and accurate handling of all product-related matters according to established procedures
- Coordinate with outsourcing services for market research, competitive analysis, and account management
- Maintain compliance with data management and documentation requirements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, R&D, finance, legal, compliance and trading teams
- Respond to urgent operational needs and develop effective solutions
- Streamline and improve business processes through continuous optimization
- Create, organize and archive product documentation and contract files
- Support mid-office operations throughout the product lifecycle

Preferred Qualifications
