Job Description
Position: Direct Client Operations Specialist
- Responsible for the full lifecycle management of direct clients on the exchange platform, including onboarding, engagement enhancement, retention, and repeat transaction strategies.
- Design and execute exclusive campaigns for direct clients (e.g., deposit rewards, trading competitions, VIP events) to boost user loyalty and trading depth.
- Collect and analyze direct client behavior data and feedback, generating insights to drive product and operational improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, customer service, and compliance teams to ensure smooth execution of direct client initiatives.
- Monitor key metrics (trading volume, activity rates, retention) and produce regular operational reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to refine direct client operations continuously.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance direct client engagement and satisfaction.
- Create tailored promotional activities to increase transaction frequency and volume.
- Utilize data-driven approaches to identify client needs and optimize service delivery.
- Ensure seamless coordination across departments to meet client expectations.
- Provide actionable insights through detailed performance analysis and reporting.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related fields preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in internet, fintech, or exchange operations, with direct/high-net-worth client management being a plus.
- Strong knowledge of digital assets/cryptocurrency industry and exchange business models.
- Proficient in data analysis to derive user insights and operational strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with a client-centric mindset and cross-functional teamwork ability.
- Fluent in both English and Chinese.
