Job Description
This position is responsible for providing professional translation services between Chinese and English for company products and business documents. The role plays a key part in supporting the company's international business operations and product globalization efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately translate company products and business-related documents between Chinese and English
- Coordinate and follow up on multilingual translation tasks for various documents
- Update and maintain a multilingual terminology database for related products
- Assist in writing and localizing product manuals, user guides, and other technical documentation
- Support internationalization/localization projects and product-related translation work
- Ensure consistency in terminology and style across all translated materials
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or related field
- Professional proficiency in both Chinese and English (native level in at least one)
- 2+ years of professional translation experience, preferably in technical/business translation
- Familiarity with translation management tools and CAT software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in terminology
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of internationalization/localization best practices is a plus
