Job Description

As a Recruitment Specialist for our exchange platform, you will be responsible for end-to-end talent acquisition across all business lines. This role requires deep expertise in the Web3/cryptocurrency industry with a focus on exchange operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for core exchange positions including spot/contract trading, market maker relations, wallet security, KYC/AML compliance, user growth, and risk control operations
Develop targeted sourcing strategies for niche industry talent, building and maintaining specialized talent pools for exchange positions
Optimize high-volume recruitment processes for entry-level positions through standardized procedures and channel optimization
Design customized recruitment workflows addressing exchange-specific requirements (enhanced background checks, compliance interviews, etc.)
Enhance employer branding by communicating our exchange's security, compliance and innovation throughout candidate journeys
Serve as industry advisor addressing candidate concerns regarding asset security, career development and regulatory risks

Job Requirements

3+ years full-cycle recruitment experience with minimum 1 year in Web3/crypto exchange or blockchain projects
Proven track record of successful placements across at least 3 functional areas (tech, product, operations, compliance)
Deep understanding of Web3 talent landscape including compensation benchmarks, mobility patterns and sourcing channels
Ability to differentiate between CEX/DEX talent requirements and assess role-specific business impact/risks
Strong compliance awareness regarding sanction list screening and background investigation protocols
Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders and negotiate competitive compensation packages

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting exchange platform launches or rapid expansion phases
