Key Responsibilities
- Participate in the demand analysis of company products to gain comprehensive insights into diverse business operations.
- Collaborate with users, business teams, and production research departments to analyze, identify, reproduce, resolve, and track online issues systematically.
- Conduct in-depth problem reviews and analyses, contributing to knowledge base development and tool construction to enhance the quality and efficiency of issue resolution processes.
- Utilize data analysis techniques to uncover production and research challenges, trace root causes, and provide actionable data support and optimization strategies for technical improvements.
- Facilitate cross-team communication during projects, drive collaborative problem-solving initiatives, and apply divergent thinking to address multifaceted technical challenges.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support, customer service, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years in a professional capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems and deliver effective solutions under pressure.
- Excellent communication abilities, including clear articulation of technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and DevOps practices to ensure seamless integration with product development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) to support scalable solutions.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
