Job Description
This role is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of technical content creation and dissemination. The ideal candidate will oversee content development from initial planning stages through to final distribution and ongoing engagement strategies. Key tasks include crafting comprehensive documentation, producing instructional materials, and implementing content monitoring systems to evaluate effectiveness and user feedback. The position requires a deep understanding of developer needs and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible formats. Content creation will span multiple mediums, including written documentation, video tutorials, and audio-based formats like podcasts. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and maintenance of technical content across all stages of the product lifecycle, including planning, writing, distribution, engagement, and monitoring
- Create diverse content formats such as tutorials, user manuals, API guides, technical documentation, sample code repositories, interactive demos, and developer blog posts
- Design and execute content strategies that maximize developer engagement and understanding through multiple mediums including video, audio, and written content
- Establish content standards and best practices for technical communication, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and technical accuracy
- Collaborate with product managers to align documentation with feature development and release schedules
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure technical content reflects the latest product updates and technical specifications

Job Requirements
