Job Responsibilities - Responsible for talent recruitment for core positions in the company (including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and onboarding process) - Work closely with the hiring department to understand team needs, develop and optimize recruitment strategies - Establish and maintain recruitment channels, continuously expand the Web3/technical talent pool - Participate in company employee relationship management, support daily communication, conflict coordination, and employee satisfaction improvement - Assist in organizing employee performance evaluation processes
