Job Description
As a B2B Sales Manager specializing in developer platform sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the blockchain industry. Your primary focus will be to help developers and enterprises accelerate their product development by leveraging our cutting-edge infrastructure solutions. You will lead the charge at a rapidly expanding blockchain company, taking ownership of the entire sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure. This position requires a strategic mindset to identify market opportunities, build long-term partnerships, and deliver exceptional value to clients through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, with a focus on the developer and enterprise segments
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads through targeted outreach across multiple channels including email, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements and demonstrate how our platform addresses their specific challenges
  • Manage the full sales process from initial contact to final deal closure, ensuring seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain a robust CRM system, tracking all interactions, updating client profiles, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with C-level executives, technical decision-makers, and development teams across key industries
  • Drive client retention through proactive account management, renewal planning, and upsell opportunities

Job Requirements
