Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems

- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
