Job Description:
Position Title: Korean Customer Service Representative (Fluent in Chinese & Korean)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complex escalated cases including transactions, compliance, and general inquiries with a user-centric approach, providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to resolve high-difficulty issues.
- Develop deep understanding of platform and products to offer problem-solving guidance, usage instructions, and necessary transaction education to enhance user confidence and experience.
- Collaborate closely with product, technical, and risk control teams to voice user feedback and drive continuous platform experience optimization.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in exchange or financial services.
- Fluent in both Chinese and Korean (written and spoken).
- Preferred candidates with experience in business process management and optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively in high-pressure, fast-changing environments.
