Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Online Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our users. This role involves handling user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying user needs and contributing to process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive user consultations and resolve doubts through online customer service tools.
  • Timely feedback on user-reported problems during product usage, including proper collection and documentation.
  • Analyze daily work processes to identify user experience obstacles and uncover potential requests.
  • Drive problem resolution and process optimization initiatives based on user feedback.
Job Requirements
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Strong business acumen with ability to grasp fundamental business operations after training.
  • Financial knowledge or related experience is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (three shifts per day: 9:00-18:00, 15:00-00:00, 00:00-9:00).
  • Willingness to work night shifts and maintain 5 working days per week schedule.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Understanding of basic financial concepts and terminology.
  • Experience working in shift-based environments.
