Job Description
This role serves as the primary support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient time management. The position requires a highly organized individual with strong bilingual (Chinese and English) communication skills to handle a variety of administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the COO’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and document preparation in Chinese and English.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and track project deadlines.
- Facilitate communication between the COO, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Perform ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as needed.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
- Fluent in both Chinese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
