Job Description
The Growth Operations Manager will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through strategic initiatives. This role focuses on optimizing the user journey and implementing growth strategies to enhance conversion rates and trading volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop user journey, working on user conversion and life cycle management
- Create user growth strategy via cross-functional cooperation, data analysis and capitalizing on trends
- Design and carry out effective campaigns to boost user acquisition and trading volume
- Develop and manage growth tools (e.g., reward hub, referral program, and in-house media resources)
- Work with product team to develop and improve growth products and tools
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in growth operations, marketing, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
- Experience in designing and executing user acquisition campaigns
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, analytics)
- Knowledge of growth tools and strategies (referral programs, reward systems, etc.)
- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Experience in fintech or trading platforms
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools
- Background in data-driven decision making
