Job Description
The Business Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting departmental operations and ensuring smooth workflow execution. This position involves coordinating internal communications, managing schedules, and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration to drive business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in departmental management by coordinating daily meeting schedules, facilitating internal communications, and tracking action items from meeting minutes
- Prepare business unit reports, summaries, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and professionalism in external communications
- Support the business unit leader in managing daily team operations, conveying instructions, and completing ad-hoc tasks
- Organize and coordinate cross-departmental resources to ensure efficient project advancement
- Demonstrate business acumen by participating in strategic discussions and contributing to business development initiatives
- Maintain comprehensive records and documentation for business operations
- Act as liaison between different departments to enhance collaboration
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above from a full-time program, with fluency in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency in office software applications and strong capabilities in PPT creation, writing, and documentation
- Comprehensive knowledge base with excellent summarization, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while effectively mobilizing internal and external resources
- Strong professional ethics, teamwork spirit, service orientation, and sense of responsibility
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience preferred
- Adaptability to fast-paced work environments
