Job Description
The Social Media Associate will be responsible for managing Phantom's social media presence, engaging with the community, and developing strategies to enhance brand interaction. This role requires a creative and analytical individual who can drive engagement through high-quality content and proactive community management.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the day-to-day moderator of Phantom's social media channels
  • Engage and respond to all inbounds and proactively interact with the community to increase positive engagement
  • Plan and execute high-quality content, activities, and campaigns to increase engagement
  • Develop relationships with builders, community managers, and external stakeholders from other projects to facilitate collaboration
  • Use analytics and reporting to discover insights and drive social and community strategy
  • Collect feedback to identify and capture marketing opportunities, areas of improvement, and additional services or features
  • Collaborate with the Support and Product teams on communication strategies
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and community engagement
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create engaging content and manage campaigns
  • Experience in building relationships with external stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data
  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams
