Job Description:
Position Responsibilities:
- Team Management and Work Coordination: Responsible for the daily management, task allocation, work scheduling, and performance evaluation of the user operations team. Establish efficient team SOPs. Oversee daily operations, including user segmentation, activation, retention, issue resolution, and community engagement. Ensure work quality and progress. Mentor new team members, conduct training, and optimize team efficiency to build a high-performing user operations team.
- User Growth Strategy Development and Implementation: Analyze platform user data and business conditions to break down core growth metrics. Develop monthly and quarterly user operation strategies and growth plans. Address key issues such as new user churn, low activity, dormant users, and low conversion rates. Implement refined segmentation strategies, including new user activation, daily engagement, dormant user recall, and churn prevention systems.
- Refined User Segmentation System: Manage platform-wide user segmentation based on registration cycle, behavior, transaction frequency, asset size, and activity level. Design differentiated strategies, touchpoints, and incentive systems. Focus on activating new users, boosting activity, and re-engaging dormant users to maximize lifetime value.
- Data Analysis and Strategy Optimization: Establish a data monitoring system for key metrics like new users, activation, retention, and conversion. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Analyze data trends, evaluate strategy effectiveness, and continuously refine approaches to improve ROI.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing, product, risk control, and channel teams to align user operations with platform goals. Provide feedback on user pain points and product needs to enhance functionality and user experience.
- User Sentiment and Ecosystem Management: Monitor and address user complaints and negative feedback. Maintain a healthy user ecosystem by optimizing service processes and reducing churn.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3-5 years in internet/Web3/exchange user operations, with 1-2 years in team management. Prior experience in user growth, new user activation, or segmentation is preferred.
- Business Skills: Deep understanding of exchange operations (spot, contracts, tasks, incentives). Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies that improve retention, activity, and conversion.
- Data Skills: Proficiency in Excel and basic SQL for data analysis. Strong data-driven decision-making skills to identify issues and optimize strategies.
- Management Skills: Excellent team leadership, task coordination, and process standardization abilities. Goal-oriented with accountability for team performance.
- Soft Skills: Logical, resilient, and adaptable to industry demands. Strong cross-department communication and risk awareness.
Bonus: Experience leading large-scale user growth projects, building segmentation/activation systems, or advanced SQL modeling for user analysis.
Benefits:
Salary: $3500 - $5500 per month (13-month package) + holiday benefits.
