Key Responsibilities

• Daily activity maintenance of the community, including customer service Q&A (TG)
• TG activity planning and execution to boost engagement and participation
• TG Mod recruitment and management to ensure a well-moderated community
• TG group robot setting and configuration to automate and streamline processes
• Special planning and service for TG core users to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
• Communication and resource docking for external community exchange cooperation
• Writing and pushing information for TG Panel and Bot to keep users informed

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in community management, preferably on Telegram
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to plan and execute engaging community activities
• Experience with Telegram bots and automation tools
• Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
