Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Community Manager to oversee and enhance our Telegram (TG) community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining daily activities, engaging with users, and ensuring a vibrant and interactive community environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily activity maintenance of the community, including customer service Q&A (TG)
- TG activity planning and execution to boost engagement and participation
- TG Mod recruitment and management to ensure a well-moderated community
- TG group robot setting and configuration to automate and streamline processes
- Special planning and service for TG core users to enhance loyalty and satisfaction
- Communication and resource docking for external community exchange cooperation
- Writing and pushing information for TG Panel and Bot to keep users informed
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in community management, preferably on Telegram
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan and execute engaging community activities
- Experience with Telegram bots and automation tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
