Job Description
Responsible for the daily operation and promotion of social media platforms (Telegram, Discord) related to overseas markets, increasing the number of fans through content planning, interaction, and other methods, enhancing fan activity and overall online numbers, expanding brand influence, and establishing a good reputation among user groups. Posting community content, interacting with users on topics, designing and conducting online activities and AMAs, analyzing data performance, and continuously optimizing. Timely respond to the needs of overseas community platform users, maintain smooth internal and external communication, and enhance the overall user experience with the help of customer service robots. Cooperate with the company to carry out other promotions and complete other arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies for overseas markets, focusing on platforms such as Telegram and Discord to drive engagement and growth.
  • Create and curate high-quality content tailored to international audiences, including blog posts, videos, and interactive materials to attract and retain followers.
  • Monitor and analyze user interactions, community feedback, and platform performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Plan and organize regular online events, AMAs (Ask Me Anything), and promotional campaigns to boost community participation and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content with marketing goals and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
  • Utilize customer service robots to provide timely responses to user inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive user experience.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as follower growth, engagement rates, and conversion metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends, platform algorithms, and user behavior to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Conduct regular audits of social media accounts to ensure compliance with platform policies and brand guidelines.
  • Prepare detailed reports summarizing campaign performance, user insights, and recommendations for future initiatives.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably with a focus on overseas markets and platforms like Telegram and Discord.
  • Excellent understanding of content creation, curation, and optimization techniques to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights for improving social media performance.
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language to communicate effectively with international audiences.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and data analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Ability to design and execute interactive campaigns, including AMAs, contests, and Q&A sessions, to foster community growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with users, collaborate with teams, and maintain positive relationships.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, and audience segmentation, to support overall marketing efforts.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges related to user engagement, platform restrictions, and content performance.
  • Experience with customer service automation tools to streamline interactions and improve response efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve marketing objectives and company goals.
