Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing timely solutions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with technical teams when necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide effective solutions to their problems
  • Assist customers with business process issues and guide them through resolutions
  • Collaborate with the research and development team when technical support is required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
  • Continuously improve customer service by gathering feedback and suggesting process enhancements
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer support or a related field
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in English and any additional languages is a plus
