Fluency in both Chinese and English is required, along with deep expertise in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and trading operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as primary liaison for institutional/VIP clients to ensure seamless trading experiences
- Provide expert guidance on trading activities, platform functionalities, and technical troubleshooting
- Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions before issues arise
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve client issues efficiently and drive process improvements
- Conduct regular client check-ins to assess satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships
- Analyze market data to deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions and service metrics
- Stay current with cryptocurrency regulations and industry best practices
Job Requirements
- Proven success as an institutional account manager in crypto/blockchain/financial services
- Exceptional track record in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Superior communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong relationship management, problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Deep understanding of crypto markets, blockchain mechanics, trading strategies and risk management
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours including weekends and evenings
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with focus on results
- Technical aptitude to understand trading platforms and APIs
Language Requirements
Full professional proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken)
