Job Description
We are seeking an experienced operations manager/director to oversee and optimize our operational processes. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of CFD trading operations, possess excellent leadership skills, and have an outstanding track record in managing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operation of the trading platform, ensure smooth and efficient execution of transactions
- Supervise transaction settlement and reconciliation work
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to optimize operational workflows, improve efficiency and reduce risks
- Collaborate with internal teams, improve customer onboarding processes
- Maintain high standards of service delivery monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Implement strategies to achieve operational goals
- Lead and guide the operational team, create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence
- Maintain contact with external stakeholders (including regulatory agencies, auditors, and service providers)
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in CFD trading operations
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services
- Track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Ability to analyze KPIs and implement improvement strategies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
- Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement
