Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operation of the trading platform, ensure smooth and efficient execution of transactions
• Supervise transaction settlement and reconciliation work
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements to optimize operational workflows, improve efficiency and reduce risks
• Collaborate with internal teams, improve customer onboarding processes
• Maintain high standards of service delivery monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Implement strategies to achieve operational goals
• Lead and guide the operational team, create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and operational excellence
• Maintain contact with external stakeholders (including regulatory agencies, auditors, and service providers)

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management, preferably in CFD trading operations
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent understanding of regulatory compliance in financial services
• Track record of improving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Ability to analyze KPIs and implement improvement strategies
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures
• Problem-solving mindset with focus on continuous improvement
