Job Description
As a Human Resources and Administration Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organizational culture and operational efficiency of our company. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust HR system while ensuring seamless administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities
- HR System Development: Establish a comprehensive HR management system covering recruitment, training, compensation, performance evaluation, and employee relations. Develop policies and processes tailored to company needs.
- Talent Acquisition: Create annual recruitment plans aligned with business growth, lead executive hiring, and build talent pipelines. Optimize recruitment channels and interview processes.
- Compensation & Performance: Design competitive compensation packages and performance evaluation systems. Conduct regular cost analysis for budget optimization.
- Employee Development: Identify skill gaps, implement training programs, and design career paths. Handle employee relations and ensure legal compliance.
- Administrative Management: Oversee office operations including facilities management, vendor relations, and logistics. Manage administrative budgets and compliance documentation.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Serve as strategic advisor to leadership on organizational development and HR initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management, Business Administration or related field
- Experience: 5+ years HR/Admin management experience including 2+ years in leadership roles. Internet company background preferred.
- Technical Skills: Full-cycle HR expertise, knowledge of labor laws, and experience building systems from scratch. Strong administrative management capabilities.
- Core Competencies: Self-motivation, adaptability, innovative problem-solving, and excellent cross-functional communication skills.
