Job Description
As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the company. This includes understanding hiring needs, posting job advertisements, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and following up on hiring decisions.
You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to clarify position requirements and optimize job descriptions (JDs). Utilizing multiple recruitment channels such as job boards and social media platforms will be essential to attract top talent.
Additionally, you will conduct preliminary interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and recommend suitable candidates to hiring teams. Coordinating interview schedules, gathering feedback, and facilitating hiring decisions will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will handle offer negotiations, conduct background checks (where applicable), and ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires. Maintaining an organized candidate database and talent pool will be crucial to improving recruitment efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Psychology or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (exceptional fresh graduates may be considered)
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong service orientation
- Detail-oriented, responsible, with strong execution capabilities and stress tolerance
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously with good time management skills
