Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to develop and implement strategic operational plans for the global market. This role involves overseeing market research, competitor analysis, event operations, product operations, and new customer promotion initiatives. The successful candidate will lead the team in executing these strategies, monitoring results, and driving continuous improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in global operations management or related roles
- Proven track record in market research and competitive analysis
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex user data
- Excellent project management and team leadership capabilities
- Experience in customer service management and conflict resolution
- Ability to develop and implement operational improvement strategies
- Fluent in English with additional language skills preferred
- Willingness to travel internationally as required
