Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main liaison for high-net-worth institutional and individual clients.
- Offer expert advice on trading strategies, platform usage, and technical troubleshooting.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively resolve potential challenges.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address client issues promptly.
- Conduct periodic check-ins to evaluate client satisfaction and nurture relationships.
- Provide data-driven market insights tailored to client portfolios.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in cryptocurrency, blockchain or financial services.
- Strong track record of performance in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Excellent relationship-building, problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Deep understanding of crypto markets, blockchain technology, trading strategies and risk management.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours including weekends/nights as business needs require.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong initiative.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
