Job Description:
Kapibala AI Limited is building a global AI team focused on Sales AGI—a commercial intelligence agent covering the entire sales cycle from lead generation, outreach, negotiation, closing deals, to delivery, operating on mainstream IM platforms. The product is currently in a paid beta phase and has been adopted by top-tier crypto exchanges, Web3/RWA clients, with signed contracts worth hundreds of millions of RMB. The company has completed a $10 million Pre-Seed round, with overseas independent data channels forming its core competitive advantage. We are seeking a Web3-savvy Business Development professional to promote Kapibala's AI Agent to high-quality clients—crypto exchanges, Web3 projects, KOLs/communities/institutions, and RWA are our core target customer segments. This role requires being based in Dubai; remote work is not an option.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Sales Agent Product Understanding & Value Translation: Master the capabilities of AI Agents in Web3 sales scenarios—understanding their limits in lead generation, outreach, negotiation, deal closure, community management, and customer retention.
- Web3 Customer Acquisition: Target core client groups like crypto exchanges, Web3 projects, RWA, and KOLs/communities/institutions. Independently manage the entire process from lead mining, product demos, PoC validation, to contract signing. Leverage company-provided lead pools and partner channels for conversions.
- Customer Success & Expansion: Assist clients in deploying AI Agents within their sales workflows, aligning with KPIs (customer acquisition cost, conversion rate, retention). Conduct periodic reviews to ensure value delivery, driving renewals and expansion into new use cases.
- Referral & Viral Growth: Leverage successful case studies for industry outreach and reputation building. Amplify breakthroughs through referrals from seed clients to penetrate broader networks.
- Channel & Ecosystem Management: Build and maintain Web3 ecosystem connections—exchange BD teams, project founders/CMOs, KOLs, market makers, launchpads, media, consultancies, and DAOs—transforming networks into reusable BD channels.
- Cross-functional Collaboration & Product Feedback: Translate frontline client needs, competitor insights, and industry trends into product iterations, ensuring AI Agents align with real-world Web3 business scenarios.
Job Requirements:
- 2+ years in Web3/Crypto or B2B SaaS BD, with proven sales performance (contracts/DEX/launchpads/AI/growth services).
- Deep familiarity with Web3 client ecosystems—understanding operational logic and outreach paths for exchanges, projects, KOLs, market makers, DAOs, and media.
- Existing reusable Web3 network (core requirement): Founders, exchange BD teams, KOLs, community owners, media, or institutions.
- Ability to translate AI Agent value into client-centric language around "acquisition/retention/transaction volume."
- Must be based in Dubai full-time, with flexibility for global travel (Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Web3 growth tactics like KOL signaling, IB referral systems, community virality, or Quest campaigns.
- Experience building client bases or new regional markets from scratch.
- Track record of closing 9-figure deals or enterprise clients.
- Influence/activity in Twitter/Telegram/Discord communities.
