Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Community Manager to oversee and enhance our online community. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing community engagement, driving user retention, and planning activities to foster communication and conversion. This role requires a proactive individual who can develop strategies to grow the community and ensure a positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage community drainage, user retention, and activity, plan activities to promote user communication and on-site conversion.
  • Develop a community growth plan to attract new members, increase community participation, and boost interaction frequency.
  • Seek industry KOLs and community collaborations for joint promotion and cross-community activities.
  • Independently plan, organize, and execute activities to ensure the smooth progress of budget and activity details.
  • Monitor community public opinion and hot events, promptly identify feedback, and solve community problems.
  • Enhance personal IP influence, be active in external communities, assist in resolving negative community issues, and maintain company reputation and user relationships.
Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in community management or a related role.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills to execute community activities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with users and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze community trends and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Experience in collaborating with KOLs and managing cross-community initiatives.
  • Creative mindset to develop engaging content and activities.
  • Ability to handle public relations and maintain a positive community environment.
