Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service across multiple communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all inquiries and questions from global customers through various support channels including Telegram, email, and LiveChat
  • Liaise with internal and external teams to address complaints and feedback regarding our products and services
  • Stay updated on the company's latest products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
  • Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and documentation
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools
  • Flexibility to work in shifts as needed for global coverage
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in the tech or financial services industry
  • Knowledge of additional languages beyond English
  • Certification in customer service or related field
