Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for various technical and non-technical roles. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruiting for various searches (technical, research, G&A positions)
- Create and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to engage the best engineering talent
- Handle all aspects of hiring support including job description writing, interview planning, scheduling, and travel coordination
- Train and coach new interviewers to ensure effective hiring processes
- Develop exceptional candidate experiences for both remote and on-site interviews through organized workflows and prompt decision making
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Track and analyze hiring metrics and performance data
- Regularly communicate updates and progress to hiring stakeholders and leadership team
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruiting
- Strong ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with candidate experience optimization
- Ability to track and analyze recruitment metrics
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
