Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle recruitment management:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, competency requirements, and recruitment timelines
  • Conduct job postings, resume screening, phone screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Track candidate progress, maintain positive candidate experience, and facilitate offer and onboarding processes
  • Manage candidate database with updated information and tagging system
• Channel development and management:
  • Maintain and expand recruitment channels (LinkedIn, headhunters, job boards, talent communities)
  • Develop targeted recruitment strategies for different positions and markets to improve conversion rates
  • Understand remote talent markets and identify potential candidates across different regions
• Employer branding collaboration:
  • Support building company's employer brand in the industry
• Process optimization:
  • Streamline and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and satisfaction
  • Assist in building recruitment dashboards and analyzing data for better decision-making

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above with 2+ years of recruitment experience
• Preferred background in internet, blockchain, or fintech industries
• Experience in technical, product, operations, or marketing recruitment preferred
• Proficient with LinkedIn, Boss Zhipin, Liepin and other recruitment platforms
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with strong stress resistance and self-motivation
• Fluent in both written and spoken English for recruitment interviews
• Understanding of remote work culture and global distributed team recruitment preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in headhunting/mid-to-senior level recruitment
• Familiarity with Web3 ecosystem projects, KOL resources, and community recruitment channels
