Job Description
The position focuses on user growth, retention, and transaction conversion, responsible for building a comprehensive user lifecycle operation system and refining iterative strategies. Through layered operations, activity mechanisms, and outreach systems, core metrics (registration-deposit-transaction-continuous transaction-recall) will be enhanced.
Key Responsibilities
- User Lifecycle System Construction: Establish a user lifecycle operation framework and strategy map based on business objectives and user behavior paths. Design key operational actions and SOPs (new user guidance, first deposit/first transaction, activity boosting, silent user recall, churn warning, etc.) to improve user retention and conversion efficiency.
- User Growth & Conversion Strategy: Develop strategies for user acquisition and transaction conversion (new user conversion, retention, and activation). Design incentive mechanisms and activity plans (task systems, tiered benefits, coupons/experience funds, transaction incentives, etc.) to enhance core conversion rates from registration to transaction.
- User Segmentation & Precision Operations: Build a user segmentation tagging system (new/active/high-value/silent/churned users, transaction preferences, asset tiers, etc.) and formulate differentiated operational strategies. Develop tailored operational packages for different user segments: outreach strategies, content strategies, benefit strategies, activity strategies, and scheduling.
- Outreach & Content Operations (Messages/Community/In-App): Coordinate outreach channels such as in-app messages, push notifications, emails, SMS, and communities. Establish outreach rules, frequency control, and A/B testing plans. Collaborate with content teams to produce educational and conversion-driven content (tutorials, product explanations, market/strategy insights, campaign promotions, etc.) to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Cross-Department Collaboration & Productization: Serve as the user operations liaison, efficiently collaborating with product, tech, data, marketing, and customer service teams to drive operational capabilities into product features (task systems, campaign configurations, tagging/segmentation, outreach platforms, etc.). Ensure rapid implementation and closed-loop execution of key operational needs.
- Data Monitoring & Optimization: Establish a data monitoring dashboard for user operations, tracking core metrics: new users, retention, conversion, activity, recall, LTV, etc.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above with 3+ years in user operations/growth/activity operations. Preference given to candidates with experience in finance, trading platforms, consumer internet, membership/benefits systems, or high-conversion products.
- Professional Skills: Proficient in user lifecycle methodologies, capable of independently building segmentation, outreach, activity, and SOP systems from scratch. Strong analytical skills (funnel analysis, retention, A/B testing, user clustering) to drive data-informed strategy iterations.
- Core Competencies: Results-driven with high resilience under pressure; adept at breaking down objectives in ambiguous environments. Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills to drive complex problem-solving.
