We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our global team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service across multiple communication channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all inquiries and questions from global customers through various support channels including Telegram, email, and LiveChat
- Liaise with internal and external teams to address complaints and feedback regarding our products and services
- Stay updated on the company's latest products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support to customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
- Contribute to the improvement of customer support processes and documentation
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in customer service
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer support or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and support ticketing tools
- Flexibility to work in shifts as needed for global coverage
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the tech or financial services industry
- Knowledge of additional languages beyond English
- Certification in customer service or related field
