This role involves planning events, managing communications, analyzing data, and collaborating across departments to ensure our community aligns with Chakra's brand values and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Community Activity Planning:
- Develop and implement community operation strategies
- Create and manage engagement activities and competitions
- Organize and host online/offline events, webinars, and meetups
- Facilitate Q&A (AMA) sessions with key team members
- Information Communication:
- Convey community feedback and monitor sentiment
- Develop and maintain community knowledge base and FAQs
- Respond to inquiries and technical issues professionally
- Coordinate content translation for global audiences
- Community Data Management:
- Track and analyze growth and engagement metrics
- Develop strategies for member acquisition and retention
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust strategies
- Management:
- Oversee social media channels (Twitter, Telegram, Discord)
- Implement reward programs and manage Ambassador Program
- Manage community budgets and resources efficiently
- Handle crisis management and resolve issues effectively
- Department Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams
- Coordinate product testing and collect user feedback
- Report community trends and metrics to management
- Community Representation:
- Maintain active presence in community channels
- Manage community partnerships and collaborations
- Represent Chakra at industry forums and discussions
